To the Adams Hub’s Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR), empowering business is his business. Drawing on his decades of mentoring, advising, and educating other entrepreneurs towards success, Matt Westfield uses real-world experience to mold and develop the next leaders of the startup world.
- Currently the founder and director of the Entrepreneurs Assembly, a non-profit whose mission is to keep educated entrepreneurs on track by pairing business owners with mentors to achieve goals. He is also the advising director for the University of Nevada, Reno Entrepreneurs Club, where he helps students create viable business models and mentors business plan competition-winning teams.
- Matt has started and helped start several businesses around the community and abroad. His realistic approach to how customers and markets respond to opportunities and solutions has been instrumental in guiding entrepreneurs from simply having an idea to formulating a solid, working business model.
- Holds an MBA in Marketing from City University – Seattle, WA and a BA in International Business from Western International University.
